On May 13, 2018 we come together to celebrate the conclusion of our 3-year Ditch the Debt, Grow our Ministries Capital Campaign. Over 100% of the total pledge amount has been received!

In 2015, both of the church parsonages were entirely paid off giving us the opportunity to save even more with our Alpine property mortgage payments. The savings in interest help us reduce the debt even further and redirect additional funds. We celebrate this amount of interest saved! 

To celebrate the success of the "Ditch the Debt, Grow Our Ministries" capital campaign, everyone from the church was invited to an Ice Cream Social at Our Master's Center worship center. 

Kroozin Kooler's delicious frozen treats were provided by a generous donor.  This event was to free to attend. 

A "Thank You" video was shown during worship services to express how the church's recent capital campaign helped VBS this summer touch the lives of over 100 children.

In May 2016, we proudly presented our one year "Ditch the Debt, Grow Our Ministries" capital campaign anniversary accomplishments with a slideshow to the congregation. The presentation highlighted many accomplishments from the past twelve months. We've successfully paid off both church parsonages, completed exterior improvements to the Alpine Center campus and hired a full-time Director of Children's and Family Ministries and a part-time Director of Communications.  

A sincere thank you goes to all of our wonderful donors. This past year would not have been possible without your continued support of this church and its future.

Another recent DDGM achievement was that we revealed our newly created Christ United Methodist Church logo. This new logo incorporates many important United Methodist Church aspects such as the colors chosen, the cross and two flames and our church's long-standing tagline Gather, Grow and Go. 

A few years ago, the CUMC strategic planning committee decided that our website was outdated and needed to be redesigned. Due to the initial success of the DDGM capital campaign, we proudly launched our newly redesigned website on Sunday, March 20, 2016. 

Visitors can now come to our website to see who we are, where we're located (two worship centers), ministry opportunities for themselves, their children and youth. Current church members can navigate the new website for adult education classes, a detailed church events calendar, listen to weekly sermons, click on links to the church's social media pages and read about ongoing capital campaign updates.
