Christ UMC has been worshipping with the people of Rockford since 1956. Since then, we've grown an array of ministries for children, youth, adults, and families to gather, grow, and go together to love and serve Jesus Christ, our community, and the world beyond.

  • Spring Cleanup Day

    April 20

    Help us keep CUMC beautiful as we gather to rake, weed, and spruce up our church campus! Feel free to bring your own rake and gloves. Lunch will be provided by the UWF.

    Christ UMC is starting a group for young adults    (18-30's). Join us at our first get-together on Sunday. April 21 at 12:30 pm in the Coffee House (enter door #5) for pizza, fellowship, and planning for future events!

  • The Chosen Watch Party

    April 24

    The highly acclaimed series The Chosen will be presented every Wednesday in April from 5:30-7:30 pm in the Coffee House (door #5). Popcorn, water, comfy seating, meaningful dialogue… ALL FREE. All are invited to join us: adults, youth, neighbors, friends.

  • UWF Spring Salad Luncheon

    May 8

    All men and women are invited to the Spring Salad Luncheon in Fellowship Hall at 3:00 pm.

    Bring a friend! No reservations needed. A love offering will be received for CUMC’s Good Samaritan Fund.
