3rd Grade Bible Presentation
September 15
Is there a child in your family going into third grade? Christ UMC wants to gift them their own special Bible!
To register your third grader to receive a Bible, call the church office at (815) 399-5910 or email jhayag@christumc.cc by September 9.
Register for Fall small Groups
Small group studies will begin the week of September 16 on the book “If You Want to Walk on Water, You Have to Get Out of the Boat”. Different groups dates and times are available to choose from.
Sign up by August 15 on Sundays or call the church office. Contact Pastor Jane at jbradford@christumc.cc with questions.
Blessing of the ANimals
September 28
Bring your pets to the parking lot at 10:00 am for a blessing as we celebrate the joy our animal friends bring to our lives. All are welcome; bring a friend!

Accountant
Christ UMC is looking for a part-time (25-30 hrs/week) Accountant to join our team. The Accountant is responsible for keeping records of and processing all church financial transactions according to standard approved accounting practices.

Women's Resale Collections
The 34th annual TLC (Tender Loving Crafts) Craft Show is Saturday, October 5. We would love to receive your lightly-used, quality women’s clothing, purses, jewelry, and shoes.
Items may be dropped off across from the women's restroom near the Sanctuary (enter door #2) during these times:
